Granary Wharf is a new residential neighbourhood located on the site of a former industrial area of the base. Today Granary Wharf on the River Aire has been revitalized and has cafes, loft apartments and cafes. The neighbourhood is reached via Dark Arches which runs along the same river. Tourists visit this neighbourhood shops to explore design, music and arts festivals that take place regularly here.
